Be part of a team that design and develop test procedures and standards for highly complex products. You will participate in the development and certification of environment test functionality across multiple products and applications. This will enable you to support new products, processes, standards or operational plans within the organization's business strategies, with a direct impact on business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Environmental Testing which may include, Vibe, Saltfog/Spray, Humidity, Thermal, Altitude, Shock, Waterproofness.
• Qualification Test Log generation
• Create and maintain new methods, techniques, and processes to improve Environmental Testing
• Provide Customer Support
• Setup test benches and equipment
• Participate in Test Readiness Reviews, conformities, and other related activities as assigned.
• Team with Test and Systems Engineers for Environmental Test campaigns

Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required - 10%

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years experience performing Environmental Testing
• Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

WE VALUE

• Some experience in test support
• Some experience programming Vibe tables and Thermal chambers and presenting/interpreting/gathering Environmental Test data.
• Experience working with DO-160
• Have practical experience working with engineering equipment, and other Engineers and Technicians
• Be able to find effective solutions based on root causes.
• Sound technical judgment and opinions.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project setting.
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
• Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of ambiguity and complexity.
