Sr Customer Experience Specialist

We are currently seeking a Sr Customer Experience Specialist to join our Safety and Productivity Solution team in our Kuala Lumpur office.  Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, your focus will be as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Returns
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Prepare Forecast Reports
  • Administrative Support
  • Order Processing

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • An attention to detail
  • A bias for action
  • An ability to work in a team
  • A commitment to discovering ways to improve service
  • An ability to work with limited direction
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
  • Experience in order processing.
  • Customer Care background
  • Communication skills
