The Agile Lead - UI/UX Designer oversees and leads in working with the product manager to define customer journeys, personas, user interaction models, and screen designs for new and existing applications.

This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:
  • Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
  • Interpret data and qualitative feedback
  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
  • Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
  • Create prototypes and wireframes
  • Conduct usability testing
  • Facilitating the team to self-organize; enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities, aligned to the product roadmap and customer expectations
  • Responsible for the coaching and leadership responsibilities that enable Agile delivery; including facilitating team meetings such as retrospectives, reviews and planning events
  • Shield the team from interruptions during sprints to ensure that Agile process doesn't impede team progress


    •Business and Systems Analysis skills and experience of working in an Agile environment

    •Strong Experience with Design Thinking and Customer Centricity

    •Experience with SAFE and Agile ways of working. Knowledge of Tools like JIRA.

    •Experience working in an agile environment using latest DevOps tools

    •Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex global technical projects on time and within budget.

    •Stakeholder management experience

    •Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills

    •Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines

    •Positive, proactive and can-do attitude

    •Coaching skills

    •Scrum master/SAFE certification would be a plus

    •Excellent Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology will be taken as advantage.

    •Excel skills

    •Willingness to learn

    •Able to adjust in rapidly changing environment and to prioritize your activities and set the right expectations with your internal and external stakeholders
