AFPSL: Property Accountant (GFE)

Our Metrology Technicians Resolves group and customer issues, seeks to improve the overall productivity of the department, anticipates problems and initiates appropriate actions to eliminate them. Proficient at understanding and writing reports and work instructions and assists customers to define technical requirements to meet their objective. Perform complex maintenance and repair work on equipment to include the following responsibilities / duties.

Please Note: Position is contingent upon contract award.

The GFE Managers oversee the planning and coordination of the AFPSL's government inventory and purchasing equipment. The GFE Managers are also tasked with keeping records of all government equipment along with their locations, maintenance, and any other associated records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage daily operations of Government equipment
Procure, inventory, and manage equipment location and assigned personnel
Track records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for equipment and tools
Track equipment maintenance cycle and dates needed for service
Performs all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.

Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience. Equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
Government Asset Management experience
Experience using asset management software
