Main Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Previous experience handling Modern channels / social platforms management

• Identify and understand the client current business and workflow requirementsin order to leverage CX and generate new business opportunities.

• Sprinklr SME able to set up the platform configuration aligned to Customer’srequirements in a codelivery with the owner of the solution.

• Design process workflows diagrams and then-if rules based on the informationprovided by the client during the Discovery Sessions.

• Develop and maintain ongoing reporting dashboards on Sprinklr / similarsolutions following the main SLAs and KPIs, defining and building the necessarycustom fields and custom metrics.

• Understand the basics of AI Chatbots (Conversational and FAQ bots) andterminologies (Intents, Entities…) and deeper learning of chatbots.

• Develop the necessary training documentation and deliver training demos tothe client in relation to the platform functionality, including best practices,recommendations

• Provide support to cross-functional and global partners for requests throughmaintenance, mining and integration of social channels.

• Responsible for testing quality assurance of the solution configuration (QATest).

• Training capabilities: support the end users in their adoption of the platformand troubleshoot any identified issue.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and the evolving CMX landscape.


• Previous experience of working in a CMX role would be an advantage

• Be able to design process workflows diagrams and then-if rules. Workingknowledge with Lucidchart or any related solution for creating professionalcharts is a plus.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; logical thinker

• Self-taught and can-do attitude.

• Passionate about Social Media, new communication channels, technology andCustomer Care.

• Feels confident in managing deadlines according to the changing needs ofprojects

• Familiarity with agile Project methodology for implementation services.

• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish

• Must possess a great attention to detail and curiosity to uncover trends andinsights.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Team-player with excellent relationship-buildin
