What You'll Do:
  • Provide recruiting and sourcing expertise to meet staffing needs
  • Provide full life-cycle technical recruiting, including but not limited to interfacing with hiring managers to create and review requisitions, screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments, reference checking, make recommendations for hire and deliver employment offers
  • Follow appropriate approval processes, use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals
  • Require frequent use and strong knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards
  • Act as a resource to managers and employees in the organization through the staffing process
  • Manage current candidate activity in tracking system (iCIMS)
  • Stay current and knowledgeable on industry trends and performs other duties as assigned
  • Play an active role in sourcing and establishing, developing, and engaging with talent pipelines using creative and structured approaches
  • Continual strategizing with the Lead in identifying qualified candidates
  • Create and ensure positive experiences for candidates
  • Continually innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open position requirements
  • Qualify and present potential candidate resumes to clients through approved channels with the goal of adding value to the selection process
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities in Moseley's Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS, to ensure compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain timely and effective communications with all partners throughout the recruiting process including communication with candidates
What You'll Need:
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Products including Word, and Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand computer programs, vendor management and applicant tracking programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a team player and support the team vision
  • Ability to travel as needed and flexible work hours to accommodate customers nationwide
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
    • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
    • Must be able to type and use a computer
    • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
    • Must be able to work within the normal flex schedule of the office as published

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field combined with 3-9 years of overall recruiting experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered.
