Customer Service - Military Veterans

What you will do

Under general supervision from the Branch Operations Manager, work with Customer Service Representative to assist with renewal support and collaboration with other team mates to support office tasks.
  • Support Planned Service Agreement (PSA) renewals
  • Safety coordinator
  • Back office support
  • Vendor Set-up
  • Ordering Support
  • Warranty Support
  • Certificates of Insurance, licenses and permits
  • Partner with Branch Service Manager for uniforms
  • Inventory control
  • Fleet management
  • Shipping-Receiving

How you will do it

  • Partners effectively with Branch Operations Manager, Branch Service Manager and other team members to support a successful service business.


What we look for

Required

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • 1 or more years of professional business experience, such as working a bank, call center, or administrative role.
  • Must demonstrate the following:
  • The ability to perform work independently
    Strong organizational skills
    Attention to detail
    The ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence
    The ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals
    The ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals

Preferred

  • Associates degree or higher.
  • 3 or more years of HVAC industry experience, preferably in service scheduling and dispatch.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
