Commercial Product Manager - Business Intelligence (m/f/d)
Location: Bonn area
The Commercial Product Manager is responsible for commercial aspects the local portfolio. The Commercial Product works cooperates with the central teams to further developüe the BI systems. The CPM understands the Eaton pricing processes and strategies and adaptes as well as localize these in strategies at local level. She/he has a strong ability to work well with internal teams, including central marketing, local technical product management and sales teams.
She/he understand, research, and identifies commercial trends in general, is able to assess local market competitive situations, as well as make recommendations on how to best serve the local needs. She/he is works closely together with technical product management in market launch and phase out projects and is as well responsible for partner programs.
Your Key Deliverables
+ Establish Business Intelligence Systems inside the local CSO
Analyzation of existing Portfolio with through the whole product lifecycle (SWOT, Gap, …) in cooperation with FPM.
+ Project management related market launch and phase out projects (focus on commercial aspects).
+ Price positioning based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand.
+ Market / Competitor analyzation Pricing Analysis tools and mechanisms.
+ Development and implementation of new business models and sales strategies.
+ Commercial management of Partner Programs.
+ Be an active interface between marketing departments and all stakeholders.
+ University degree in business Administration or equivalent.
+ Strong analytical skills (data analysis, data processing, …) within a commercial environment.
+ Strong technology driven mindset and working under deadlines.
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, matrix environment.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Language skills: German and English and an additional European language desirable but not required.
+ Creative approach to problem solving .
+ Good numeracy skills including a knowledge of reporting.
+ Superior written communications skills and messaging.
+ Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills; experience to work in a matrix.
+ Strong customer and service orientation.
+ Demonstrated problem-solving ability and an innovative mindset
