Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Equipment Specialist to join our team in the Hill AFB, Ogden, UT area. This will be supporting the Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0.  Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides general logistics support in acquisition and sustainment
  • Reviews, develops, validates, analyzes and updates publications(Operation Manuals, Maintenance Manuals, Modification Instructions, Technical Instructions, SL-3’s and Special Instructions)
  • Drafts and reviews Statements of Work for various client components
  • Provides coordination and management of various systems and processes as required
  • Assists in initial provisioning and fielding of new equipment to include new equipment asset management and inventory control
  • Provides assistance in the management of the program for spares, repair parts, and supplies to meet requirements
  • Ensures quality assurance is managed by utilizing the Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs) and providing immediate resolutions
  • Ensures proper documentation
  • Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts and may have supervisory responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in STEM-related field + 10 years of experience
  • OR
  • MS degree + 7 years of experience
  • OR
  • PHD + 4 years of experience 

                               

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
  • Relevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment
  • Senior skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers
  • Certified/registered or equivalent as appropriate for level of appointment/profession

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Ability to receive and maintain a Top-Secret Level Security Clearance

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information
