Key Responsibilities
Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on chemistry related to semiconductor integration with a special focus on characterization of novel chemistries. Assess viability new chemical processes for product teams using various analytical techniques Troubleshoot product quality issues arising from chemical processing or synthesis during scale-up process development Feasibility study using insitu equipment and participation in design of test equipment to study gas-phase reactions
Functional Knowledge
Have hands-on experience with X-Ray spectroscopy analysis, laser adsorption spectrometry, optical and electron microscopy. Have solid working knowledge of chemistry and chemical reactions at surfaces and gas-solid phase interfaces Have good working knowledge of vacuum requirements and delivery of solid or liquid compound through process reactor
