This position will require you to report to the office in Uniondale, NY. This is not a remote position.

A Day in the Life:

Investigates, reviews, determines and verifies basic coverage/policy information
Provides coverage explanation to customer
Reviews/approves basic repair estimate
Prepares basic damage estimates
Organizes and reconciles bills
Conducts fast track estimating
Handles basic additional living expense claims as needed
Handles basic contents inventories and pricing analysis and prepares claims reports
Adheres to applicable compliance standards
Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair and easy manner.
Negotiate claim settlements with customers in accordance with business unit standard methodologies.
Use data and analytics to tell a story and influence decision making

As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license. If required, the Hiring Manager will work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed
