Oversees U.S. immigration program and assists foreign nationals with immigration procedures. Ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Oversees U.S. immigration program and assists foreign nationals with immigration procedures. Ensure all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

In partnership with outside immigration counsel, coordinate the completion of the following applications/petitions: H-1B, TN, L-1, Work Permits; Permanent Residency (including PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status, EAD and Advance Parole), company-wide between managers, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners. Full-time role, but provide part-time white-glove U.S. immigration support for select business unit and provide part-time work supporting the rest of the Company.

Respond to email and phone inquiries from managers, HR Business Partners. and Talent Acquisition and makes necessary recommendations. Answer miscellaneous inquiries from *** Associates regarding their case status and immigration process. Meet with managers and HR personnel regarding specific immigration cases. Answer questions from HR personnel regarding I 9 compliance.

Monitor the expiration of visas, notify managers and associates before visas expire, and inquires whether visas should be extended. Consult with managers and outside counsel with issues and updates around the immigration process.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Technologically Savvy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the U.S. immigration field.
