Job Description

The Coordinator of Store Support is responsible for delivering a thoughtful, organized and effective experience for Store Teams and Field Leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate effective communication between Corporate, Stores and Field Leadership, acting as a subject matter expert and champion of the Stores.
  • Create clear and concise communications to Field and Store Teams using the appropriate filters, priorities, communication vehicles and templates.
  • Work cross-functionally to create detailed change management plans, direction and documentation for store operational changes driven by legislative changes or compliance requirements.
  • Plan, organize and lead smooth implementations and rollouts for Store projects such as updated processes, compliance requirements, technology or standards.
  • Create feedback loops for all implementations and analyze feedback, adjusting processes accordingly. Update Leadership on issues and status regularly.
  • Support annual Store and Field Leadership meetings and events, including event planning, travel, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Assist Leadership with operational tasks with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate Store Operations systems and routines and inform Leadership on performance.
  • Understand store and support processes at an expert level and identify opportunities to improve and drive efficiencies.

  • Travel  - Limited travel
  • Location- Corporate HQ

 Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with a business or communications focus preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of retail experience required; retail and corporate experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
  • Strong project management skills
  • Event planning experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
General office environment requiring ability to:
  • stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
  • speak and listen to others in person and over the phone
  • use keyboard and read from computer screen and reports
  • lift up to 15 lbs.
