You know how to use Salesforce to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client’s unique challenges. And have proven experience with Visualforce, APEX programming, and Force.com APIs. You know that collaboration is key, so you look for ways to share and source best practices. If there’s a new way to do something that improves outcomes for clients, you’ll find it.

The work:

+ Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform

+ Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds

+ Ensure Salesforce runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes

+ Begin to mentor colleagues and take on more responsibility

Here’s what you need:

+ Advanced experience with Salesforce development

+ Advanced experience building APEX and Visualforce solutions

+ US Citizen

Bonus Points if:

+ Technical Salesforce.com Certifications

Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs

Experience in Agile delivery, Scrum and/or Kanban

Used Source Code or Deployment/Migration tools

Defined and promoted development standards and practices (e.g. code reviews, pair programming, clean code)

Experience with architecture OR design activities, Data Migration, or using Communities

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one, may be required for this role.
