Job Description

The Renewed Administrator will work directly with the Renewed Manager to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the Renewed sales department are operating effectively.

Essential Functions:

  • Reviewing orders from sales team and sending to coordination for processing
  • Opening work orders for equipment to be prepped
  • Working with the parts department for quotes or modifications to equipment
  • Checking in with rebuild center supervisor for status updates on units in process
  • Managing lease maturities, both RHCC and National Accounts
  • Ordering equipment for used fleet, by Renewed Manager request
  • Processing vendor invoices


Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in an administrative position needed. Must be familiar with Microsoft software.

This position requires repetitive use of fingers, wrists and hands for typing, word processing. Must be able to bend, twist, sit and reach using lets, back, neck and arms. Must be able to verbally speak and hear with or without aid to utilize heavy phones with customers, vendors, and co-workers. This position requires employees to work in the warehouse around units. Closed toed shoes are required when in the warehouse.
