Title:

Systems Analyst

Will provide engineering support and analysis to the Lower Tier Project Office, PEO Missiles and Space in the development, design, integration, performance analysis, test, and evaluation of Army weapon systems and simulations. Will conduct analysis of system initialization, system operations, engagement processes, interoperability, and system performance for various threat environments. Will define tests, generate test plans and coordinate test plans with the test community. Will provide analytical support for all test phases required for fielding of the Army weapon system. Will also support Integrated Product Teams, prepare reports and present technical briefings to domestic customers, prepare for and support meetings, with analyses and reports and develop and maintain data reduction and analysis tools.  KBR is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.

Relocation: Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or able to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
  • 2-5 years experience in Air & Missile Defense Weapon Systems, Data Analysis, Flight Tests/Ground System Tests, and or Computer programming
  • Able to travel about 10-20% of the time
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Candidate must be eligible for a security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of MATLAB, C/C++, C#, Python, Visual Basic (VB), SQL or any other high-level programming language is desired.
  • Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on prescribed schedules
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, leadership, and customers
  • Ability to brief audiences large or small of varying technical knowledge
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment, and dedicated to the success of our Government customers
