Job Description:

Seeking for an experienced Senior Strategic Supply Chain manager, who will be responsible for the Product Defectivity and Control (PDC) BU end-to-end sourcing operations. The successful candidate will be able to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company’s speeding, supplying partnerships and new possibilities, and will play a crucial role in the BU’s operations as well as productivity, helping to grow the company’s revenue.

  • Responsibility over annual volume of hundred million $
  • Diverse technologies (computing, motions, optics, electronics) at high end of the market in each segment
  • Capability to operate in a complex highly technical organization, which is part of a multinational organization
  • Managing a small team of commodity business managers (CBMs)

Requirements

  • Previous working experience as a Sourcing Manager (or similar domains) for at least 8-10 years
  • Outstanding commercial and negotiation abilities
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Amazing problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Team player. Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good time management and ability to multitask
  • Relevant academic background
