JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you have the deep functional and technical experience to help implement security solutions that align with our clients’ business objectives? Do you have the expertise to design and deliver solutions for establishing system user's credentials, and processes for applying those credentials to access enterprise systems and applications?

YOUR ROLE

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an IAM Security Analyst you will:

• Grow your career in our training program to learn the latest security and Identity and Access Management skills

• Join your teammates to dive into IAM projects

• Roll up your sleeves and come up with good ideas to remediate security risks and implement best in class IAM solutions

• Work directly with clients and Accenture teams in a multi-disciplined team structure, designing and implementing IAM solutions across a variety of vendor products including Azure Identity suite, ForgeRock, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk and others

• Contribute to the project with daily support which can include understanding clients IAM challenges, defining requirements and/or perform hands-on technology configurations

• Get a lot of experience working with the latest IAM technologies

• Work with a mentor to gain more knowledge of security and IAM solutions

• Share your thoughts – in a written report or during a presentation in front of a group – on ways to manage IAM risks

• Network within Accenture’s ‘culture of cultures,’ which includes everyone and a wide diversity of thought

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general Cybersecurity or Identity and Access Management domain

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in working with IAM solutions in one of the areas:

o Design and develop automated provisioning and reconciliation of IT resources

o Request-based application and resource provisioning

o RBAC authentication to entitled applications and resources

o Role based resolution of approvers for request approval flows

o Single Sign-on

• Experience in at least two or more of the following IAM Functional Skills:

o Access Management

o Identity Governance

o Directory Services

o Identity Provisioning

o Identity Management

o Identity Management as a Service

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to IAM technologies

• Prior experience in deployment and implementation of custom applications

• Understanding of:

o Provisioning, Onboarding

o RBAC Authorization models

o SSO WAC technologies Enterprise SSO

o Federation

o Privilege Access Management

o Directory Services Meta-Directory Virtual Directory
