We are looking for a Senior Performance Management Associate to join our Product Performance team within our Product Optimization division. Your job will be to work in partnership with cross-divisional stakeholders to drive outcomes across the life cycle of clients, products, and services. The team pulls existing levers to drive incremental value while informing key processes across discovery, path to GA, and post-GA services. But enough about us; let's talk about you.

The Team:Our team's focus is on delivering value to emerging front door, value-based primary care, and direct care model clients and products. Our team obsesses over healthcare disruption, pulling levers that boost the value for those operating at the "front door" of healthcare. The Product Operationsteamexists to help scale and accelerate R&D, pulling operational levers to reduce friction and drive product managers to optimal outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead scalable reporting insight pilots for emerging services & new markets, such as value-based care and direct primary care, focused on filling product gaps for key performance indicators in new models
- Be self-sufficient in leveraging all resources at his/her disposal to effectively define and manage multiple, concurrent initiatives, balance timelines and deliverables, and communicate results to key stakeholders.
- Coordinator with internal teams to drive development of internal tools to aide in client performance based on business requirements.
- Maintain effective project management, communication, and partnership of projects across all impacted internal stakeholders, supporting service delivery & integrity for specific programs
- Dive deep into existing functionality of athena product and services to inform new performance initiatives
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, plus at least 4 years of professional experience
- Knowledge and understanding of current trends in healthcare
- Experience executing processes and projects to meet business goals in cross-functional team settings
- Experience with athena product and services preferred
