Provides administrative support to the Task Order and / or Site Operations and Management teams. Typical duties include administrative support and project-based work. Responsibilities will be unique to the Operations department but are primarily administrative in nature.


Assignments generally include such types of work as preparing complex reports, weekly status updates, briefing slides and maintaining complicated records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources


Works closely with the Government staff and organizations across the Task Order to ensure proper coordination and communication occurs to enhance overall mission accomplishment.  Works with other Task Order Senior Leaders to ensure successful completion of LOGCAP contract operations

  1. Assists with the management of functional objectives through coordination with Functional Area Managers and team members.
  2. Monitors the performance of department managers and supervisors and ensure submission of CDRL reports and other tasks, as required.
  3. Participates in the development of functional strategy and forecasting along with research and development for operational planning.
  4. Possesses considerable autonomy in completing projects for site and / or Task Order leadership
  5. Develops, implements, and applies effective and efficient management control procedures.  Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness.
  6. Establishes policies and procedures for performance and control of all company business management functions and the management and supervision of technical support.
  7. Supports detailed planning efforts and assists with monitoring contractual performance.
  8. Performs Other Duties as Assigned.

Duties will involve the conduct of work in the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent dust storms, and high temperatures; up to 130F degrees in the summer months, as well as extreme cold areas of the world such as the Korean peninsula.  Potential exposure to chemical or biological agents could exist.  Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain areas is required. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.



Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.  Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations.  PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.  Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies



  • Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred


  • A minimum of five (5) years general experience which provides a good basis or general knowledge of the principles of organization, management, and administration.  

Additional requirements:

  • Strong organization, communication (verbal/written) skills, and attention to detail.
  • Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Must be able to multi-task proficiently while meeting short suspense for both scheduled Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and unscheduled reports/tasks.
  • Prior LOGCAP Operations experience preferred.
  • MAXIMO experience is preferred.


  • Supervises Operations Coordinators and Specialists performing 24hr operations at the Task Order and Site levels
