Position Description:
This position focuses on integration support for the Abrams SEPv3 vehicle electronic system. This engineer will be responsible for:

1. Analyzing test plans and electronic system design information for testability needs
2. Integration planning and scheduling
3. Developing integration benchtop capabilities:

a. Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test assemblies, including, but not limited to:

- Electrical harnesses
- Signal conditioning
- Load simulation
- Data acquisition

b. Dynamic system modeling using tools such as MatLab / Simulink and NI Veristand
c. Generating network stimuli using tools such as Vector CANoe
d. Developing Windows-based software applications via Visual Studio .NET

4. Developing integration life-cycle capabilities, including, but not limited to:

a. Interface management systems
b. Inventory management systems
c. Autocode generation

5. Developing test scripts using tools such as NI TestStand
6. Statusing integration test progress on a regular basis
7. Regular collaboration with the Program Management, System Engineering, Subsystems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Software Engineering teams
8. Procurement of material required for integration test environment assembly

Position Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering required with a minor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (preferred)
Experience testing embedded software
Experience developing test applications in NI Veristand, Vector CANoe, Simulink, NI TestStand, or equivalent technology
Experience developing relational databases
Experience developing with MS Visual Studio .NET
Experience developing in Visual Basic, C#, or C++
Experience using Wireshark
Experience with reading and understanding electrical schematics
Working knowledge of HIL, signal conditioning, simulation, and data acquisition
Familiarity with standards such as PCAP, PTP, and PRP
