+ Project Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner

+ Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

+ Good To Have Skills :Network Infrastructure,Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations

+ Job Requirements :

+ Key Responsibilities : Should be able to configure and troubleshoot Cisco UCCE and other CISCO Telephony solutions

Good knowledge of Cisco UCCE Architecture, deployment models and components

Cisco ICM Enterprise development and deployment experience including scripting configuration and call routing

Hands on experence on Cisco Email Interaction Manager

Knowledge and experience with Cisco Unified Border Element CUBE services and functionality

Knowledge in Cisco Unified Intelligence Center Reporting

+ Technical Experience : Should have good knowledge of NICE recording system Verint workforce managment

SIP Trunking knowledge and experience provider-based as well as internal

Good to have basic knowledge of SQL database,Sonus SBC SBC1k/2k

Hands on experience on network,routing switching technologies

+ Professional Attributes : Cross skilled and ability to support multi vendor

Vendor collaboration

Open to work 24x7

Excellent communication skill set

Ability to handle P1/P2 bridge call

Open for weekend and on-call support

Excellent troubleshooting skill and able to handle major incident without or with minimum guidance

+ Educational Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate/BTECH
