Position Overview

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks a Vice President, Trader, in New York, NY to structure and negotiate business terms, transaction details and financing structures including Prime Brokerage and Total Return Swap facilities for hedge funds on a variety of hard-to-finance asset classes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience analyzing client trading strategy and fund structure to gather requirements for Cash Management, Prime Brokerage Reporting, Trading, and Settlements. Prior experience must include at least three (3) years working with Prime Brokerage products including Equity PB, Fixed Income PB, and Equity Swaps Financing; analyzing product requirements (Cash Prime Brokerage, Cash Management, Corporate Actions, Trading, Settlements, and Reporting) for Prime Brokerage; building and maintaining relationships with hedge fund and other institutional clients; performing IRR calculation and pricing; educating clients on Prime Brokerage and Equity Swap account structures and workflows (Risk, Margin, Financing, Reporting, Corporate Actions, Cash Management, Trading and Settlements); working with UCITs and 1940 Act fund structures; working with legal and credit teams on legal documentation (PBMA, Margin Lending, ISDA, CSA, and Master Confirm) required for Prime Brokerage. **Employer will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study towards a Bachelor's degree, plus one (1) year of related experience to satisfy Bachelor's degree requirement.** #DNI
