Deutsche Bank New York Branch seeks an Associate in New York, NY to analyze and evaluate industry, sector and company specific data to identify opportunities and strategies for structured syndicated loans and commodity-backed financing products. Requires a Bachelors' degree in Economics, Finance or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience performing credit risk analysis on companies and sectors and forecasting future performance for investment recommendations. Prior experience must include at least two (2) years of experience analyzing impact of debt transactions to RWA, calculating leverage ratio exposure and corresponding capital consumption, and building structural enhancements to reduce balance sheet impact; performing quantitative analysis for trade financing frameworks specific to Oil & Gas, and Metals & Mining goods to identify key risk factors for investments; performing risk analysis and formulating risk-mitigating financing structures; performing due diligence and credit analysis to prepare credit applications and marketing/syndication materials; and applying product development target enhancements to mitigate risks, including Return on Risk-Weighted Assets (RoRWA) and Return on Assets (ROA) concepts. #DNI
