Position Overview

Job Title: Structured Lending Portfolio

Corporate Title: Associate

Locations: Jacksonville, FL

Working in the Wealth Management Structured Lending COO team, the Lending Portfolio Manager handles daily control functions for a $21billion structured lending portfolio comprised of more than 1,000 bespoke loan facilities. This position continuously monitors current loans and credit lines to ensure compliance with terms and proactively manages risk/exposure and compliance with Credit Policy and US and European regulatory requirements. This position is a critical function in the business's regulatory and financial risk mitigation strategy, and state and federal regulatory audit support.

    Your Role

    What You'll Do:
    • Responsible for Lending compliance with lending specific regulations
    • Conduct pre-close critical attribute reviews
    • Review monthly and periodic covenant management reports to proactively identify errors and potential issues
    • Assist Lending Officers in all phases of maintaining a portfolio of existing loans including tracking and testing covenant requirements, analyzing collateral maintenance requirements, obtaining & analyzing financial statements and tax returns
    • Contribute to the maintenance of the portfolio by monitoring UCCs, insurance and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
    • Lead or provide analytical and administrative support for other initiatives/projects related to lending activities as needed

      Skills You'll Need:
      • Bachelor's degree
      • Banking or finance industry experience
      • Commercial Lending experience
      • General knowledge of asset based lending, credit analysis, banking regulations and related processes
      • Ability to work with lending document
      • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize time sensitive tasks in an efficient manner

        Skills That Will Help You Excel:
        • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint
        • Good writing skills
        • Self-starter
