As a Grill Prep Cook, you will need to be a team player who can properly cook the food to order and create a smooth flow of menu items from the kitchen to the servers. You are required to maintain a clean, neat, well-stocked area and use safe food handling procedures. As a prep cook, you will need to prepare quality food safely, according to recipes within a specific time frame. These positions require you to stand up to 8 hours during a shift, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and read and follow recipe instructions.
At TravelCenters of America, we’re leading how America’s highway travelers refresh, refuel and repair. Our mission is to return every traveler to the road better than they came, and this isn’t possible without each of our team members. If you're an enthusiastic team player, thrive on the challenge of a fast-paced work environment and are looking for a rewarding career, we would like to talk with you.
