EVM Program Financial Analyst III - Military Veterans

We are seeking a Program Financial Analyst with advanced Earned Value Management experience. Candidates will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and at least 6 years of relevant experience. In this challenging, fast-paced environment, you'll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience to analyze, review, and document the requirements of a project/program throughout its lifecycle and support the design and creation of the most groundbreaking aerospace and defense technologies - those that exist today and those that will shape tomorrow. What to look forward to: As a Project Analyst, you will be using your skills and expertise to review, monitor, and control project data in support of our internal and external project reporting. You'll be responsible for preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and assisting with cost proposals, pricing documentation "what-if" cost analysis, program cost forecasts, and cost variance analysis. You'll positively impact the business by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines. Earned Value Management requirements with this position will involve implementation support to maintain industry best practices and ensure compliance with all government requirements. Candidates will develop standard procedures and formats, conduct EVM Workshops to develop EVM skills within the Program Management community, provide EVM oversight to establish program management ownership of program performance data.

Must-haves:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • A higher level degree may substitute for experience
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel

• Position requires a strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Identifying training gaps and participate in determining and implementing solutions (tools, process and training) for various SNC initiatives
  • Creating EVMS process documentation and Earned Value Management System Description revisions / updates
  • Researching industry EVM best practices and incorporate into established processes
  • Leading efforts for successful completion of Program IBRs, JSRs and Internal Surveillance's (to include completion of actions items)
  • Enforce program utilization of EVMS that is in compliance with guidelines in ANSI/EIA-748 and is in accordance with provisions of DFARS 252.234-700
  • Reviewing and auditing EV deliverables on programs
  • Successfully implementing of EV tools
  • Establish EVM templates/formats to include: Program Performance Metrics, RAM, Program Baseline Change Control Logs
  • Develop and conduct EVM training workshops
  • Support other miscellaneous Program Support initiatives as required

Preferred:

• Current/Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility is desired
