Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications for Principal Level: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD or 9 years of experience in lieu if degree. Relevant experience/education in DoD acquisition disciplines including requirements analysis, acquisition strategy development (including mandatory documents (e.g. Justification and Authority, Acquisition Plans, development of detailed contract statements of work objectives, budget and POM development, logistics planning, scheduling, engineering, etc.) is required. 5 of the years must involve experience with military equipment and systems. Candidate must meet clearance and SCI eligibility requirements. Basic Qualifications for Senior Principal Level: 9 Years with Bachelors in Science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD. 7 of the years must involve experience with military equipment and systems.
