The Director of Facilities Management demonstrates twenty four hour responsibility and accountability for operations, quality of services, and all aspects of safety and maintenance programs within the institution.  Accountable for all aspects of safety and maintenance programs of the institution.  Ensures safe, well maintained environment of care assuring the safety and well-being of patients, family, physicians, staff, and visitors throughout organization.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree


Experience:

Four years of management experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Minimum 1 year of management experience in healthcare environment required. Knowledge of state and federal hazardous and biological waste regulations preferred. Knowledge of OSHA and Joint Commission regulations also preferred
