Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise engineers in complex development of processes for range of products
  2. Develop and implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation
  3. Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments for a range of products
  4. Train engineers, define and implement new methodologies, define and apply new technologies, and/or troubleshoot, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve complex process engineering issues for a range of products
  5. Manage, develop, plan and execute complex process engineering projects for a range of products
  6. Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports for integrated products and generate and/or validate process engineering specifications for integrated products
  7. Interact with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues for a range of products
  8. Define and validate film measurement techniques, and train engineers in measurement techniques of film properties and guide them in the interpretation of the data

  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives

  • Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.
