Description:
We have a part-time/full-time opening for Shift Leaders. Must be 18+ years old Shift Leaders major job responsibility is to provide managerial assistance to the General Manager in running and implementing the operating standards of the restaurant. Shift Leaders must also be a role model an impart an attitude that can help motivate and empower other employees. Must also demonstrate a strong understanding and consciousness when it comes to food quality and safety. must be able to delegate the task of implementing the cleanliness of the restaurant and must lead team members to follow suit. Execute cash management duties, assist in the management of inventory levels using the company's systems and guidelines to minimize loss. You must be motivated, hard working, team orientated, friendly, honest, and have great customer service skills. Reliable transportation to and from work
Requirements:
To lead a team with no supervision and build an atmosphere of teamwork Basic computer skills. Be able to lift, bend, carry up to 50 lbs. Be able to pass a background check Be able to communicate, train, and perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery
