- Orchestrate, perform and support the complex activities in the finishing operations and processes required to accomplish multi-task, labor intensive work assignments through intricate and detailed planning and work instructions for large, oversized and multi-component systems that is required for delivery to test and external customers.
- Set up and operate bonding, painting, engraving, plating and silk screening equipment to perform finishing operations on component parts, assemblies, printed circuit boards, chassis and the like. Assist in the development of spray painting and bonding techniques and make layouts, develop and make frames and screens for silk screens.
- Perform necessary operations to produce test panels and coupons for verifying and adjusting machines and process.

Must be able to demonstrate via a structured interview the ability to interpret drawings, read and comprehend work instructions and possess the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Must be able to obtain and maintain area skills and safety certifications.
