The Total Rewards Team focuses on creating a competitive advantage through a global strategy that engages and rewards Parker team members and fosters their commitment. We are now looking for a Retirement Plan Analyst to join our Total Rewards team.

With more than 30,000 participants in Parker’s US retirement plans (current and former team members), directing the day-to-day activities and the administration of those plans whilst ensuring a premier customer service experience will certainly represent an interesting opportunity.

Position Summary

Whilst reporting to the US Retirement Plans Manager, you will be interacting with third-party administrators as well as with other internal functions such as legal, tax, payroll, IT and any other one as required to provide an efficient delivery of services and ensure full compliance of the plans’ administration.


In addition, but not limited to, you will:
  • Work closely with the Retirement Plans team to interact regularly with US Retirement Plan vendors, including plan administrators, actuary, trustees, financial education provider, and any other vendor which may be required
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure third-party calculations are accurate.
  • Responsible for plan SPDs – working with legal on plan language and distribution of documents to locations.
  • Handle all pension plan and 401(k) plan escalations from third-parties back to Parker.
  • Perform periodic reviews of employee data to ensure accuracy.
  • Assists with information gathering for 5500 filings and audits, as required.
  • Work closely on the daily activities of the 401(k) Plan, including the daily funding process, interacting with our recordkeeping service provider.
  • Test and monitor third party systems, making recommendations for appropriate changes and enhancements.
  • Be able to realize and then escalate high priority issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Participate in a variety of special projects within other Total Rewards areas including Health and Welfare, Compensation, Mobility and HRIS as needed.


    We would like to hear from you if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline combined with at least 2 years of experience acquired in a similar role in a large, multinational organisation.
  • Strong understanding of defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and the ability to share findings.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including expert knowledge of excel.
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and UltiPro Payroll desired.
  • Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establishing strong working relationships (both internal and external)
  • Knowledge of and/or ability to interpret applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliance
