Job Description:

Eagle Alliance is looking for a Help Desk Technician that holds a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Position located in San Antonio, TX.

Help Desk Technician answering calls, chats and emails from customers. Providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma/GED AND 0+ years experience
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly
