**Order Management Administrator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract**


We are looking to hire an Order Management Coordinator to join our global supply chain service centre in Peterborough on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:

+ Processing of customer orders within the order management system, accurately and to deadlines.

+ Compilation and distribution of export/shipping documentation.

+ Publishing of confirmations and notifications to customers including: order acknowledgements, shipment notifications/tracking details and invoices.

+ Handling of internal enquiries and escalating where required to seek resolution to challenging enquiries/complaints.

+ Interacting with internal stakeholders to resolve order issues.


**To be a success in this role you will need:**

+ Existing experience in either order management, account management or in customer services.

+ Proven track record of working in a fast paced, high volume order management/ supply chain environment.

+ Experience with GOMS, SAP, Oracle or a similar ERP package would be an advantage.

+ A genuine passion for achieving customer service excellence

+ To be data driven with exceptional analytical skills to solve problems and draw meaningful conclusions.

+ Adept at learning new systems quickly with the willingness to share knowledge with others.

+ Strong communication skills teamed with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.

+ The ability to organise and prioritise your own work load.

+ To be an advocate for change and share your ideas in how we can streamline process and procedures.

**Compensation and Benefits**

+ Salary between £20 - £22,000 depending on experience

+ Defined contribution pension scheme - company contributions up to 9%
