Under the direct supervision of the Cross GU Technology, Innovation & Recruitment Center Operations lead, the Cross GU Recruitment Senior Analyst for Technology & Innovation will act as a Project Manager for Technology-related projects identified for implementation locally or globally to support the overall vision of TSC, Sourcing and Recruitment Center Operations.

He will ensure alignment of solutions with business processes by working with the Cross GU Recruitment Manager in clearly defining transactional value streams, driving out waste, redundant/broken processes and improving overall process execution in order to execute and implement the business’s future high performance business model.

He will also work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that Talent Supply Chain, Sourcing, Recruitment Center Operations, and Onboarding technology requirements are evaluated and addressed, ensuring consistency with TSC and company strategy, commitments, and goals.

He will lead and/or support TSC technology and innovation projects, specifically in relation to:

- the functional and technical analysis of requirements,

- discussions on technical plans and design,

- evaluation of internal and external applications for applicability,

- implementation

- establishing a control framework

- ensuring that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly.

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT or Computer Science courses Must have 2-3 years’ experience in Full Stack Development Good to have ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Javascript, Angular, CSS Knowledge on Agile and waterfall (software development cycle) Amenable to work in Boni, Mandaluyong Regular Shift, 10AM-7PM
