Our application engineers participate in one of the most advanced technical and multidisciplinary environment in the world. Their job scope contains- association with the development groups as technical experts, ownership of pushing the systems’ optimal capabilities to their end, and definition of next generation’s needs. The position includes work with customers in the United-States, Europe and Asia in order to assimilate new capabilities, characterization and defining customers’’ needs. Job Description:

  • Communication between customers and the development groups within the company.
  • Performing samples of the machine’s capabilities (Demos) to customers.
  • Providing answers to customers’ troubleshooting, accordingly to his needs and demands.
  • Working in collaborate with development group from vary of disciplines (HW, software, physics, algorithm) in order to develop applications for the client.
  • Programing and running tests (on the machine/in lab/”clean room”).


  •  Last year BSc students / any year MSc students for Engineering of Physics.
  • Background in Physics - Advantage.
  • Available for 21 hours a week or more.
  • Student must be pursuing a valid degree program in which he/she will graduate with a degree appropriate and useful for work within Applied Materials.
