De quoi vous allez vous occuper?

En tant que spécialiste du

support junior, vous ferez partie d'une équipe de plusieurs dizaines de

personnes qui assurent la continuité du fonctionnement d'un système avancé basé

sur les technologies Microsoft et IBM. Vous serez responsable de la supervision

du fonctionnement de l'application bancaire, à savoir:

·

coopération

continue avec la 3ème ligne du support ;

·

surveillance

du système (navigation et analyse des journaux d'application) ;

·

assistance

au traitement (exécution de procédures d'urgence définies) ;

·

exécuter des

procédures et des scripts pour la migration des modifications des logiciels.

Nous attendons de vous:

+ bonne

maîtrise du français (niveau B2 / C1) ;

+ bonne

maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau B2 / C1) ;

+ intérêt pour

le secteur de l’informatique – nous

apprécions la connaissance sur la maintenance du système ;

+ la

disponibilité pour le travail par roulement.

Nous allons apprécier la connaissance :

+ des bases du SQL ;

+ des

notions concernant l’administration des bases de données ;

+ les bases de

l'administration du Windows Server ;

+ les bases de

la programmation informatique ;

+ meilleures

pratiques informatiques.
