• Responsible for Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration

• In charge of development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)

• Act as key member of the overall implementation project team

• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related

• Interface with ServiceNow technical teams to successfully set up the SaaS platform

• Drive the continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

a. Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field

b. Minimum of 2 years relevant IT experience

c. Experience in Web Programming using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery or Angular JS

d. Knowledgeable in Web Services such as SOAP-REST, etc.

e. Prior experience in ServiceNOW or other ITSM or ITOM platforms as a user, admin or developer

f. ServiceNow Admin Certification is a plus

g. Detailed knowledge of Service Desk processes and ITIL standards
