Sr. System Engineer/ Cloud Engineer - Military Veterans

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Sr. System Engineer/ Cloud Engineer to join our team in Arlington, VA to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.

A candidate for the Sr. Systems Engineer position would need complex problem solving, communications skills, and process management skills. This is a complex position that will require someone to manage multiple pieces, multiple stakeholders, and constantly changing requirements. Serving as the Sr. Systems Engineer for a large task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same common/standard system) and shall work with the Government Director and/or Government Lead on the task order, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner. Performs integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen attention to detail. The candidate will be analyzing infrastructure and migration in the AWS cloud.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree & minimum of 10 years of IT related experience with a degree. Advanced Degree preferred. 
• Experience with AWS cloud.
• At least 5 years of experience in government IT cloud environments.
• Clearance: Secret Clearance
• Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
